Privacy policy
What data we collect
The data you give us when you contact us or hire us: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, and the information needed to deliver the service (for example, access to your domain or your site's content). This website uses Meta Pixel and analytics tools to measure campaigns.
What we use it for
- Answering your enquiries and preparing quotes.
- Delivering and invoicing the services you've contracted.
- Sending you communications related to your service (renewals, support, changes).
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data to third parties. We only share it with providers strictly necessary to operate (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways), under their own security guarantees.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. We respond within a maximum of 15 days.
Terms and conditions
Services and pricing
Prices published on this website are in US dollars (USD) and include what is described in each plan. First-year promotional prices and annual renewal prices are indicated next to each plan.
Payment
Web projects: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Recurring services (email, maintenance, AndesIA): payment in advance for the period. We accept bank transfer in Ecuador and PayPal; we issue an invoice.
Timelines and revisions
Delivery timelines start once we receive all your materials (copy, logo, access credentials). Each plan includes the revision rounds indicated; out-of-scope changes are quoted separately before any work begins.
Renewals and cancellation
Annual services renew at the published prices. AndesIA monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; the initial setup fee is non-refundable. If a service is not renewed, data is kept for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Ownership
Once payment is complete, the site and its contents are yours. We hand over administrator access according to your plan. Third-party licences (plugins, themes, platforms) are governed by their own terms.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Quito.
